1.Description

RFE,RC,RN is a light-colored, multi-purpose crosslinker primarily used for bonding natural rubber, synthetic rubber to light-colored materials, and as a crosslinker for hydroxyurethane adhesives with excellent adhesion.

Appearance: light yellow liquid

Functional Component: aromatic polyisocyanate

Solid Content: 25.5±7.5%

NCO content: 7.2 ± 1%

Storage temp: 5~40℃

Solubility :Soluble in acetone, toluene and methyl ethyl ketone and aromatic solvents

Storage stability :Reacts readily with moisture; for the best performance it should be kept dry and stored at temperatures between 5℃ and 40℃

3.Applicaiton of RFE

RFE is Used with PU adhesive or CR adhesive to enhance  bonding strength and resisting yellowing.

4. How to use about the RFE

1. RFE need to mix with glue by ratio (by weight):

2. Add the RFE hardener into the adhesive, and stir it to  mix evenly. 

Attentions :

1 When use RFE, Increase adding amount in rainy day or higher moisture.

2. Pls use it up with pot life after mixed with RFE hardener .

3,. Opened RFE package should be closed to prevent curing or inefficiency of RFE hardener.
